When/How will I receive my code?

All of our license keys are digitally delivered via email . Don’t wait for a package, or even leave your house! We can have your license key to you within minutes of completing your order, delivered right to your inbox. Most orders are processed within 5-60 minutes of purchase, sometimes delaying up to 24 hours if fraud is detected.

Note: Guests and New Registered users may have a delay in delivery, until complete Stripe verification is complete. Once complete, your key will be sent to your email.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns or exchanges. Once a license key leaves our secure inventory, we can no longer guarantee the validity of the key; therefore after an order has been sent we cannot return or exchange it. Please be careful when selecting the software key you wish to buy.

We do offer a 100% guarantee that you will receive a valid, and authentic key. For any technical issues, our expert support staff will be more than happy to assist you.

Refund?

All purchases on the Site are final, cancellations and returns for any reason, unless faulty on delivery, are not accepted once delivered to you on the Site. Faulty goods must be reported within 7 days of purchase to be covered by our faulty on delivery warranty.

If you wish to cancel an order on the Site that has not yet been delivered there will be a 7% restocking fee deducted off the total amount to cover our incurred costs.

Refunds are processed within 24 hours however may take longer to show up in your bank account/statement depending on the method of payment used, this is beyond our control.
